Selling on the marketplace
The plan pays for itself, or it does not
You set the price of your assessment. A buyer pays through Stripe, and the split happens on the spot — so the arithmetic on whether to subscribe is one you can do yourself.
Buyers purchase submission credits — the right to take an assessment a set number of times — which is how a consultant licences a diagnostic to a client. Stripe's own processing fees apply to the transaction as they would anywhere else.
Questions people ask before signing up
Do I need a paid plan to sell?
No. The free tier can build, publish, list on the marketplace and charge for an assessment. A plan lowers the commission on each sale and raises the caps on assessments, submissions, storage and team seats.
What do I need to get paid?
A Stripe account connected from your publisher settings. Until it is connected you can publish and share, but not sell.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then falls back to the free tier's limits and commission. Your assessments and the responses to them are not deleted.
Can I try it before deciding?
Yes — create an account, open one of the ready-made assessments, and take it yourself as a respondent to see the scored result and the report. No card is needed for any of that.
